IL-NET — the network of technical assistance and training resources that includes the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL), the Association for Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL), the Center for Persons with Disabilities at Utah State University and ILRU at Memorial Hermann — is a collaboration of partners that provide this resource.
